Well I only went to Ross and the inventory was very slim. The store needs an Uplift, it's not SHOPPER appealing and INVITING. No customer service or employees around to ask for assistance if your looking for something specific, and furthermore the employees were dressed very casually and blended in with customers, giving no feeling of any leadership in the store . You definitely need to DRESS as retail sales associates and STAND out from your customers. GREET us when we come in so we will feel invited and maybe shop a little longer , try interacting with your customers to see if they need assistance finding anything. You'll be surprised of a return of more customers and larger sale weeks if you do.........BE AN EXAMPLE AND MAKE YOUR ROSS STORE STAND OUT.....for heavens sake your competing with JC Penny, you need to step it up . Usually has a variety of selections and options in different departments. Some cons. Sometimes it gets very unorganized and sometimes they rearrange the store. Many different times in the store layouts making it even more confusing as a regular Shopper. Sometimes it's also very messy and especially when the shopping season picks up, it can be extremely unorganized and very messy, It is also in an area with a lot of disrespectful people and a lot of times I've noticed a lot of products damage or purposely mistreated or thrown on the ground or other things of that nature, The location is in an area and in a city where the economy and the poverty levels are pretty bad, the crime Is high theft is high and a lot of vandalism so it makes it difficult to shop there...

Today you could see the effects of school shopping. The shelves and racks were less than half as full as usual. They only had 1 person on the floor doing stock. (I'm sure they are needing workers too) I checked out my 5 items for my 3 kids. Much to my surprise, when I got home I looked at the receipt I had been charged full price for each item!😕 (I only buy the items on clearance) Now, for them to "check and see IF they made a mistake, I have to return them to the store (in 7 days) I live over an hour from here, don't travel there often & even less when my kids are in school.
