UPDATE 2023 : Too expensive now. We don't go anymore.

*UPDATE: November 2021: I dont order the sizzling one because it is kinda old tasting probably nothing to do with mia casa screwing up but maybe the dish itself? Anyway! They gave me a great dining experience last night. I asked for fresh chili to accompany meal. They sent me f.o.c. grilled jalapenos and a red fresh chili dip. Both were large portions. There was so much I took a doggy bag and reheated leftovers and used all that chili. Their grilled shrimp has a great taste!!! Order the ceviche it is only $3.99 and although not technically raw shrimp cooked by acid from lime juice it is still very tasty. NOTE: THE LAST 2 PICS ARE MY REHEATED THING THE NEXT DAY I ADDED SHOESTRING FRIES.

2020: Large portions, good flavors, not overly salty. Food arrived quickly and was freshly made. I have to admit I was really impressed. Our server (Jesus) was very nice indeed, not fake and called us friends. It was nice to see local young Corbinite soccer players speaking to the servers in Spanish! This is a feel good restaurant, we are definitely going back. If I was being tortured to name a negative of the experience I would say I did notice a more mature team member was quiet and looked unhappy. Please be happy, this is a...

We went to Mi Casa's tonight for my daughter's birthday. To say we was disappointed is an understatement. We got there about 9:30, so it wasn't real busy, but it was still 20 min before we seen our waiter, just to get the drink order. We place our order, when we received our food, we had to sit and wait another 10 min ( with our plates in front of us) because we did not have silverware. My daughter and I both ordered the Chimichonga Aztec meal ( with beef) when we cut into them, both was chicken. We decided to just eat them instead of waiting another 20-30 min for the correct order. Our waiter, at first, was real rude, pretty much just dropping the plates on the table, not even a hello, but as the time went ( maybe he seen how aggravated the husband looked) he tried to be a little nicer. When we get to the checkout counter, the girl asks " Did you enjoy everything"? The husband says " No, not really" and precedes to let her know what our meal was like ( since she asked), as he's talking, she laughs and cuts him off, doesn't even have the common decency to let him finish. The ONLY good thing about the whole experience was the Chimi Cheesecake. We will never step foot in that...

I have at eat there for a least 10 yrs and the food WAS great Service WAS great but the current visit we had was unbelievable bad experience. We had to wait 15 min for a waiter to come to our table to take our drink order. There were only 4 tables besides ours and those had already received there food and people where eating.(if it had been packed, would have totally understood) people came in behind us got there order took before ours( it happens sometimes) They got my order wrong or maybe they brought me someone else's ( who knows) I have ordered it for years I know what I ordered .Its not my first time eating Mexican. Told the waiter politely and he proceeded to tell me that's what I ordered (lol really) so I just rolled with I figured it would take another 30 mins to get more food .One out of our 2 drinks tastes like it had soap in it. Really bad and unbelievable experience. This was my favorite Mexican restaurant in Corbin or London.I don't know if someone else took over running it or what's happened.I...

We wanted to like Mi Casa but it wasn’t a good visit this time. The one positive were the drinks- $1.99 for a margarita is fantastic! Service was slow, but they were fairly busy. The food was hit or miss; a few dishes we had were solid but some didn’t taste as good. The quesadilla was a tortilla with queso spooned inside, not great attention to detail. Not terrible, but probably a 3 star experience. Understand everyone is busy, but it was pretty dirty too.
