Subway — Restaurant in Corbin

I wouldn't even give a star after tonight. First I waited about 7 minutes or so in drive thur no answer, got around the building and there was a car. So I had to wait another 10 minutes to even ask the guy for two pizza subs and he said no we are almost out of everything. I ask even the sauce he said yes. So I drive off and notice a family member was inside trying to order but the same guy didnt even want to wait on her. Finally after 15 minutes he comes up and ask what she wants she said I need to pizza subs. And guess what they have? the subs so I get off the phone walk in and the guy face went into shock. He kept going on and on about online ordering thing.. said they got wiped out from it. Ok they might have put to lie to your customer no. Finally it was my family member turn and they was out of chicken in the displaced case he didnt even walk back to check anywhere else. So she left. We...

Many new menu items, new sandwiches. The food was what you would expect from Subway. The wait was longer than what I would have expected. There were 2 cars in the drive thru, when I walked inside the store. So I wasn't expecting a long wait. There were at least 3 employees working, the lunch time shift. 2 of them were working the drive thru and not sure where the third person was working. You could hear them but not see them. After the 2 cars in the drive thru had received their orders and a car the pulled up after I walked in, placed an order and paid for it. Then I was waited on. After I received my food it was exactly what I ordered and it was the expected temperature still warm. The service was just slower than I was expecting.

I am really upset. I went through drive thru and ordered 3 foot longs. I ordered a turkey footlong on wheat. There was literally 4 small slices of turkey. Doesn't a foot long get 8? The oil and vinegar wasn't on it either. The chicken, bacon, & ranch footlong had only one of the little trays of chicken on it. How do I know? There was exactly 10 little chunks of chicken on the whole foot long. The sandwich was suppose to be toasted and it wasn't. The only one that was ok was the footlong spicy italian. I wanted to take the sandwiches back but my husband had a bad accudent the other day and couldn't watch the kids and I didn't want to drag them back out.
