Spider man movie melted about 15 min from the ending. There was nobody there in the entire building to correct the problem, after about 20 mind(the employees called the manager who from what I understood was down the street eating at the chinese rest) came and cut the movie and spliced it or whatever and restarted it. The website also advertises a summer long special all movies all summer long for $1.00 with a child's popcorn candy and coke for$4.00. They said they had never seen or heard of this?? Awful experience. The theater was extremely messy and had not been cleaned since the previous showing. Seats are worn. The floor is sticky. We had previews with no sound. The movie started about 20 minutes late. And then it was the wrong movie. Realizing that we went to the lobby to ask for a refund. We were told that our movie had been moved to a different theater, but it had already started. The clerk said she processed a refund for our tickets and we left. That refund has not shown up days later. Update: a refund is now...

Prices and availability were great. Online booking with a service fee was available. The seats were comfortable and did provide a rocking motion. The cons: Long wait line to purchase tickets (A kiosk could eliminate this)
