Food was Awesome but the Customer Service was Not. Tuesday was my 1st experience here & the Employee was rolling her eyes & gossiping while waiting to take me & my kids order. I went today & spoke with the Store Manager/ Gm & she was Very Defensive & Rude & Loud with me while explaining what happened.. She did say Sorry But it was NOT genuine as she had an attitude and when asked who could I speak with Over her she Said I could accept her apology or leave because she doesn't know what else I want from her because the Employee was 1 of her Favorites & that rolling her eyes were Apart of her personality but it wasn't anything personal. When asked again to speak with she said her Brother was the owner & I could email him but whan asked to Write down the Email she Said it twice as if I could remember it, with attitude again and told me to leave!! Also, The tables & booths were not cleaned for the next customer to sit at. It took us 4 tries to find a...
Read moreLastnight we ate here. I had eaten the one in Warner Robins and was very impressed… this location was nothing like my first experience. The restaurant itself was not very clean or appealing to the customer. The counter and containers holding the food were very messy. The staff didn’t great us and hardly spoke. Just looked at us assuming we knew what they were wanting us to say next. I could t understand the girl who fixed mine or my sons food so i got nachos with the chips in a bag and toppings in a Togo plate. When she fixed his i knew what she meant and i asked her to do his like normal. Our plates were covered in food and sauce from their gloves and the prep station. The tables had not been cleaned or wiped down on top, the seats or the floor underneath. It was 7:30 and i realize it was a bit later than the normal rush but i was so disappointed in our experience bc i had bragged so much to my family about how good it was. I hope these issues will...
Read moreFlies on food!! The food had pretty good taste. The workers were kind enough, answered all my questions in a prompt, friendly manner. However, I saw flies crawling on the iceberg lettuce and I mentioned it to the food preparer and she said there was nothing she could do about it! She grabbed a handful of the lettuce with a gloved hand to discard of lettuce where fly was crawling, but continued to prepare my food with the same glove. I think the food should be covered. Especially in today's world, with COVID-19 and a myriad of other diseases and possible food-bourne illnesses, covering up food is essential. Just trying to help the next person out and possibly this business to possibly reevaluate and/or change their food preparation practices.
TLDR: Flies on lettuce. Friendly employee grabbed lettuce with glove to throw handful of lettuce away off the top. Employee said nothing else she could...
