Subway — Restaurant in Cordele

If I owned this place I would be absolutely embarrassed! The lady running the place was extremely rude to my family and I. I asked for a foot long flatbread and then she says we don’t have flat bread. She said it’s called a wrap. But the menu showed that you do have flatbread. But when I got my “WRAP” it was literally the same bread. So then my mom ask for the flatbread 6inch and she got pissed and ugly at my mom and claimed that it wasn’t a flatbread and that you can’t do a wrap with a 6 inch. But then she continued to wrap it after she turned around laughing at my mom and rolling her eyes. My sister asked for the same thing and while she was making the sandwich she asked to check if she added cheese, then the lady with the rudest face just showed her the sandwich and harshly slapped the sandwich down afterwards. The health grade there said they got a 100 but honestly Im surprised. The food wasn’t bad but the place was disgusting. Overall I’m very disappointed and not impressed with this place. Today I went into this subway and I was very nice and respectful to the workers/owners. When I paid for my food I dropped 20$ I I called them and a older lady had confirmed that she had found my money I let her know I was on the way to come get it. When I got there a younger lady yelled at me and said the money was not mine. Mind you she was the person making the sandwich and had not even look my way when she was preparing my food but whatever. They treated me like a criminal in order for me to get my money back. The woman was so disrespectful. I asked her why did you all tell me my money was here in the first place if you wanted to keep it so bad. She ran her cameras back and when she saw that I had indeed dropped my money she didn’t even apologize. She tried to make me feel small for coming back for MY HARD EARNED MONEY. Went there at 9:30AM today to get sandwiches for a family day on the lake. Lights on, OPEN sign lit (according to their hours they open at 7AM), doors locked, and no employees in sight.
