M&W Beauty Supply #3 — Local services in Cordova

Very, very poor customer Service.. I’ve been to this store 3 times and will not be returning. The Owner is extremely rude. How do you have an establishment and treat people of wrong??? It’s a shame that this is the only beauty supply store in the area where I live. But I will drive anywhere to not have to shop here. In addition, the prices are ridiculous, as they overcharge for everything. For example, they have a case of perfume/ cologne right by the door. The items are the same price as if you were to shop at Dillard’s/ Macy’s. That’s completely outrageous! Also There’s not enough selection of hair to choose from. You literally have to go with an alternative brand than you’re used to, which is of a cheap quality. Just to plainly put it- Don’t waste...

On yesterday I went to this beauty supply store to purchase a few items. Mind you, this beauty supply store is overpriced however it is in route to my house . I walked in and the young guy who works there said get out of my store now...I can be fined 5,000 if someone sees you in here....I'm like ok, just ask me sir....no need to yell in my face. Then he goes on to say did you see the sign. I said if I did I would have not come in. So I walk out looking for a sign and it is small on the side of the door. I’ve been to this store four times and 3 of the 4 visits I experienced poor customer service and nasty attitudes from the staff. On one visit, my daughter asked a question about a bundle of hair behind that was behind the counter and the lady yelled out the price like how dare you ask about that hair. We walked out. Another visit to the store the staff totally humiliated a customer by accusing her of stealing when the lady had actually made a purchase. I walked out. The last visit I asked if they had a certain kind of crochet hair and she looked as if she was bothered by my question and she just pointed to an area and said it’s back there. I walked out.
