This Sonic got the order wrong for 2 dinners, we order fries not tots but both came out tots. A chocolate shake was ordered but a oreo shake was brought out. We let the shake ride but wanted fries. Inform them about the mistake and they brought out fries and apologized. Here is the kicker the waitress ask for the tots back. You understand not only did I give a 4 dollar tip but gave a 2 dollar tip when she brought the correction. Iam 66years old and had 1 daughter 2 granddaughters with me in a new auto. The manager must have told her to do that because no lay person of an establishment will touch food after it has been touch by a customer under any circumstances. Do not care if you state that's your policy because you are wrong. I debating if I need to report this to the Health Dept. The girl stated she will throw it way, I guess. she didn't realize the tots was mixed in with the dinner. I know that's against health depth law unless you replaced the whole dinner. What was the point someone scamming you out of fries. Read moreNormally the service is great,but this particular day I placed an order for a small drink. I waited 10 minutes and decided to ask for an update only for the clerk to tell me that I hadn't placed an order. I told them I paid and I had my bank transactions pulled up to prove it. Still they insisted that it wasn't in the system. I asked for a refund and the manager rudely said not without a receipt. If you don't have it in your system and I didn't receive anything how would I have a receipt? So after my voice continued to fall on deaf ears I asked for the managers name (Kelly), the store number and the corporate number. I left Sonic without a drink and without my $1.63. So I was basically robbed. I called corporate and was told that shouldn't have happened and I should have received a drink at least. She even accused me of changing stalls and when I asked her to check the cameras she rolled her eyes. Needless to say it went well beyond the money at that point. I felt insulted! Maybe corporate should look into having receipts produced at the kiosk once you pay by card since this is the only way to prove you placed an order. My bank statement wasn't even enough to prove I paid! Terrible...

Water, soap, and whatever else that has been blown floor onto the walls, over the doors, all over the glass. No way that I’m going to eat my food. No way at all that was a sanitary way to “clean” the floor. No way all that “sloshing” was effective other than to get everywhere and onto everything. That was the wildest thing I’ve ever seen at a restaurant. Who thought them to clean a floor like that? Tarzan? Never in my life have I seen such disregard to their surroundings, could care less food is around much less that a customer is sitting there watching them do it.
