U.S. DONUTS Cordova — Restaurant in Cordova

Used to love this place til I learned the staff is either lazy or doesn't want to work. I get the same thing every time which is the ham,egg, and cheese croissant. Well they are becoming hot and they run out every weekend before 11. Well all I can say is don't even bother asking them to make more. They will just tell you that they take too long to make even tho it says they don't close til 8. Like y'all have all day and I know how to drive back to the same place to pick up my food when it's done. My family goes every weekend religiously Saturday and Sunday morning and anytime we are all home together and have the chance to get breakfast together. But now can't wait to find a new to place to love, spend my money at and get breakfast on the weekends with my family. Just figured making a sandwich for a loyal customer who spends plenty of money at said business where food is suppose to be made wouldn't be a issue but I guess I'm wrong.

After my complaint the manager made it right and my as I was told 1 and half hour to make sandwich only took them 20 minutes to make, they now again have a happy loyal customer. Thanks US donuts.

Back to 1 star. Now they can't make donuts fresh when they run out apparently. Just done with this place. Don't recommend if you're one who can't get...

My boyfriend and I usually order a half dozen chocolate glazed donuts and iced coffees from here every Friday, and have it delivered via Uber Eats. They are affordable, fresh, and delicious every single time.

Our orders are never wrong, and by God - these are the best yeast donuts I have ever had. Not only are they delicious, but the craftsmanship on these donuts is flawless. I am a professional chef, so I know how labor intensive they can be, and whoever makes the donuts here - bravo.

Their mixed coffee drinks blow Starbucks out of the water, and cost way less and genuinely have more than just syrup and milk in them. I like that they have dairy-free and vegan options as well.

This place is amazing and I order from here each and every Sunday. Ms. Pakham is the absolute best and friendliest, quickest, warm and welcoming worker here! I would give it 5 stars EXCEPT - on occasion I get another server. Like this past Sunday September 17. Ms. Pakham was out and for the second time I got a young lady serving me. The first time this lady served me, she was very slow, starting off at the other customers, pausing randomly, and overall taking about ten times longer than it should take to get a couple dozen donuts. I thought - ok, she’s new. THEN last Sunday, weeks later, it was the same situation.
