Although the employees at the Nissan Service Center in Denton were nice throughout the process of getting my car fixed, to say I am less than impressed is an understatement. When you bring your not even one year old (brand new) vehicle in for a simple oil change and tire rotation, you aren’t expecting a garage door to come crashing down on it and smash the window; then, all they try and do to make up for it is give a coupon for a free car wash and sign you up for a service you already have from purchasing the car. I understand that accidents happen, but when they then try and return your car without it looking like it did when you brought it in, it makes you lose trust in the company/service center. It shocked me that there was still damage to the paint and framing that went completely unnoticed by all teammates, including the manager. When the paint damage that I pointed out was finally fixed, after I had to return my car, there was still damage to some of the plastic siding next to the rear window, which was brushed off as me being too picky. I thought to myself, if this was your car, wouldn’t you want it fixed exactly how you brought it in? In addition, communication was completely lacking. After a company damages your car, I would expect to be notified of any updates on the progress of getting it fixed, but that was not the case here. I had to reach out for any updates and sometimes it would take days to hear back. To be honest, this situation has made me consider not only refraining from returning to this location for future oil changes, but also refraining from purchasing another Nissan in the future. Daniel, Blake has my email if you would like to contact/reach out. Thanks.

I had an appointment. This time I came to change oil, fix drive belt and to do transmission service. I asked to check breaks since I will have long, hard drive. So I requested multiinspection first. Advisor said it will take 30-50 minutes, I said I will wait in office and after will make decision will need shuttle. After one hour I asked twice when inspection will finished, he said i will check, I will check. In coclusion after two hours another advisor came to me and said that my car even not in shop, that first advisor forgot to say mechanics that I'm waiting. He offered me to take shuttle, since it will take long time. Awful experience. And it was not first time. Later, when I get results from inspection, they put things to do that I don't really need (so important, how they say), I know it exactly because I checked with other mechanics. I know that sometimes Nissan Gunn overpriced, but I don't like when it overworked. And they keep send me their previous recomendations, although I said I did some services in other shop, please remove them. My experience here getting lower and lower. Before I used only Nissan Gunn, but now I'm thinking to stop coming here. Added: The last small thing: they put sticker with oil change with wrong mileage, they put mileage that I have now instead of +5000miles

I went in to look at a Jeep Cherokee Trailhawk. The salesman was very pushy and extremely dishonest. The price on the vehicle was $24,850. I asked before I drove over if there was a little wiggle room on the price, he said yes. But when I got to the dealership he denied it. I had done my due diligence in researching the vehicle and the KBB for market price came a little under $22,000. So I made the offer of $22,000, the salesman was unwilling to take this to the person in charge, but I insisted on him taking my offer to his manager. I was super tired. He ask what I didn’t like about the vehicle, I said honestly I want and need the back up sensors that beep, not just the camera. He lied and said the vehicle had the sensors, but it did not. . So he went to his manager and he brought back a JD Power Associates sheet to prove to me the vehicle was worth more than 22,000. I didn’t look at the sheet right away and I told him to run the numbers, Something felt off because he had already lied to me once. Then he lied to me a second time and said he could send the car to auction and make more money than I was offering. I will let the rest of the pictures and chat speak for themselves. Lies and more lies.

I wish I had better reviews for Gunn Nissan. Personally I think the sales people were great and for the most part the service department service advisers are friendly. But my problem is with the service department itself. It is one of the worst run service departments I have come across. I purchased my Titan at the first of the year and I purchased the service plan. However, every time I visit the dealership for regular or warranty work I have to call Jason, the service manager explaining how work was NOT done. I have even made calls to the home office in San Antonio.

My problem is real simple. I don't trust the mechanics to do the work. I have caught them several times pencil whipping the work and me in turn driving away with the same problem I showed up with to begin with. Today, I was again disappointed to find out the service department was NOT rotating my tires each time I went in for a tire rotation. I think this was the 3rd time it was missed. I know it was not done the last two. ( I paid for this service, but the service guy later admitted that since the thread was OK, then they did not see a need to be rotated.) But he did mark on my sheet it was done. Any decent mechanic would know that the purpose of consistent tire rotation is even wear and tire longevity. So now, I will have to buy new tires sooner because every mechanic that touched my truck for an oil change and tire rotation took it upon their own-selves to NOT do the work, but tell me it was done.

Again, I understand this might have been on the mechanics, but how does management not know about this? Are they so out of touch with what is going on in the shop that they are just "trusting" the mechanics to do the work. Where is the "trust but verify" aspect?

Either way, Gunn has a long, long way, to go to ever get my business again after this truck is ready for a trade. It is going to eat at me know I am driving on tires that should could have gotten more miles had it not been for a mechanics laziness and managements over site. How can I ever trust again that they actually did the work they told me they did????? I don't do business with companies I...

I recently totaled my car and was on the market for a new vehicle. I feel like buying a car as a woman brings its own set of challenges as dealerships and salesmen typically take advantage of the situation, in turn making it a very unpleasant experience. I decided to give Gunn Nissan a try after having several negative encounters at other dealerships, went in expecting the same but was shocked as to how wonderful this whole process was! I spoke with salesman Benjamin over the phone, he was so kind and helpful in helping me find the right car for me. He helped sort out all of the kinks for me before I went in person. I actually was pretty late to my appointment and ended up working with salesman Sergio. Sergio was absolutely amazing to say the least! I felt at ease discussing prices and limitations without getting pushed into anything I wasn’t comfortable with. He was extremely patient and made sure I knew exactly what everything meant and how it worked! I was hesitant on test driving cars but he was firm on making sure I got into a vehicle I absolutely loved and didn’t mind me being picky with features and colors. When it was time to sign papers I worked with Paul from finance. Paul worked diligently with me, explaining what all of the packages included and never once made me feel like I was being pressured into anything I didn’t want to do. He made several print outs for me to physically see the change in price points with each package, making sure that I knew exactly how much everything would cost in the end. Sales man yordan set up my plates for me and showed me how to work different features on my car that I was originally to shy to ask. Everyone that I worked with was so kind and gentle!! This dealership went above and beyond and I cannot be more thankful!! Amazing staff!! If you’re buying a car alone as a woman or just buying a car in general, I would definitely recommend...

I had 2 times with bad experience since the company transition from Gunn Nissan to Four Stars Nissan.. first time I brought a car to get the transmission TCM programmed as I’m small owner dealer. They tried to programmed and it never worked, I paid for it. Second time, I brought another car for Transmission programmed, and Technicain Zak authorised transaction that I didn’t approve without calling or text me. When I spoke with after he added that charge. When I confronted him why he did that. He never took ownership of his mistake instead he said I had to do because I never answered my phone when I never received call or text from him or Four Stars company as whole. He finally took that charge off after he argued with me over the phone and never took ownership of his mistake and did COBC of the company. And I was told my car was ready for pick up. When I got there to picked up my car, it wouldn’t shift from park to drive. On that day Zak was off, so the other technician came out to checked and he clearly stated that he test drove it when I dropped off the car, and it didn’t do that. I never got call from Zak till 3 days later. When I spoke with Zak, he told me that need to get shift replacement, and I ask Zak did you test the car when dropped off, the car was fine to shift from park to drive. He stated he never test drove it. So I told him ask your peer that test drove and get back to me. Zak never called me back, so I called a week later I spoke with one of the service guy named Blake. Blake told I need a shift replacement or come pick up your car instead listen to the whole story and take ownership as company of everything that happened. Basically, the company takes your money and no solution at the end. Please stay away from this company of Four Stars unless you want get screwed. The company should be called Zero or Fraud Stars Nissan instead Four star...
