Chris from Inertia Labs was one of the most positive business interactions I’ve had professionally in some time . From first point of contact he was beyond helpful to us as we began to redevelop our shop E92 M3 racecar . We eventually required his services in the form of rebuild and revalving - for which he helped in many ways from initially consulting with us on our goals —to then performing the work in a timely fashion . I don’t think you’ll find or deal with anyone else like him in the industry - most shock guys are black art wizards and do not want to really explain or openly share information. chris is the exact opposite - and open book of knowledge and genuinely wants to help you understand what you’re working with. I had Icon shocks on my Land Cruiser that needed rebuilding. I also wanted to add the adjustable feature to them. I was on a very tight time frame to get them back. I contacted Chris to see if it would be a reality to get them done in time. We worked together to figure out a timeline. Of course Fed Ex didn’t deliver on time and Chris was forced to track them down. He went above and beyond to make sure that he had them. It also turned out that I had a damaged shaft on one of the shocks, but fortunately he had a spare in stock. He turned them around incredibly quickly and got them shipped back to me on time, even though he received them late. They have been installed for a month now and are working great. I first learned of this shop on the Icon Vehicle Dynamics shocks website. Apparently they are the only certified rebuild shop in Texas. I found em on face book and reached out. Next day I was coordinating a drop off schedule. I dropped the shocks off and they started to work on them, no money down. They told me my shocks needed new shafts and included pictures to prove it. I approved and we went on with the rebuild. Once they were finished, they messaged me, and I picked em up. Very reasonably priced work, considering cost of new shocks. I removed and installed e shocks off my truck myself. After I put them back on, my truck rides like new again. I wish I’d have done it sooner. I definitely recommend this shop because of its smooth communication and excellent work. Thank you.
