I originally called to make appointment and I was in inquiring about the special that was going on "$100 off any syringe" instagram was promoting it from April through May in their New Port beach office,. So I called to make the app I get to my app ON 4/29/17 2:30 PM (coming from Hemet Ca) and my appointment was booked with the Dr himself. I tell him about the $100 off, then he shows me the fine print, it does not include the Dr. only PA .Number one, the lady who made my app should have made it with the PA since I was specific on the discount and she knew it only applied to services with a PA (you don't run a business like that).. then the Dr asks if I have had botox or lip filler before (that's what I was having done at my app) he talked me into getting 55 units of botox ($715.00) which included brow lift...now looking at my brows 4 days later..I have no shape/arch anymore :( .. they're straight. I hate them. I did not need the lift. He knew I would just agree to it considering iv'e never had it done before and knew nothing about botox :( being a Dr he should have known by looking at me that I wouldn't of needed it, or at least informed me that my arch would go away! but again, because I was a new patient and never had it done before, I would just agree to it all.. then the lip fillers was ok, however, I paid a total of $1414.00 and did not even get the small laugh lines filled. I paid $1200.00 cash and used my card for the remainder 214$ im not happy...but it is my fault, I should have taken the time to research a little more my forehead does look good..it should for $715 but still it isn't an honest place and they could have me as a long time cash customer but not after my visit.. I also was not told about aftercare..my lips peeled etc..I should have been using aquaphor... oh well..lesson learned lol ++++++READ ..there are other honest places out there and closer to my home..Menifee has "before and after weight loss clinic" it is also a spa..their syringe of juvederm plus (same stuff califronia cosmeitcs uses 1 ML has) for 395..and their nurses are great, and their prce for botox per unit is 8.50$ I work for a dr myself..a patient came in yesterday and had great skin, (no lines) so yes I asked her if she gets botox! she said yes, and low and behold she said she goes to "before n after.. im not downing Ca cosmetics, but please look before you chose them you are only paying fo rthe name..iwish the dr was more for his patients and not the money..I pay and always cash..they lost me as a customer ~ JENNIFER...

What is NOT okay is to hold your customers to a standard of promptness, financial deposit of $100 to secure your slot, cleanliness(we are still in a pandemic) but not provide reasonable time and or accommodations. Looks like they are under staff for my 3rd and final time. This isn’t a nail salon where you can quote 20 min waits, pick a color and have a seat. This is a medical professional spa office. I, the customer, am asked to be 15 minute early to my appointment but i am not met with the same consideration. I waited over an hour to be “welcomed in” with only an apology. I am an adult with commitments who works full time with responsibilities. I don’t have a causal 2-3 hours to wait. Do not take walk in or allow customers to add to their time and services. The staffing model is obviously an issue. I’ve always wait 30-40 minutes to be seen. I too care to have a clean environment before entered the procedure room (pandemic or not). I am the average consumer who is willing to spend 1k on my services rendered. No i don’t have 500k followers. So maybe I’m not met with same respect. There are way too many cosmetic spots in Southern California than to treated as inconsequential. Again, i followed up through their texting platform after 45 minutes of waiting in my car. . 30 MORE minutes later I reach out for further communication. It’s just not right. Allergan will also be made aware. Big pharmaceutical probably doesn’t care either.
Last time I was here (Corona location) they kept their personal food and drink products in the SAME REFRIGERATOR as their injectables. OSHA, is this okay?? No one followed up with me on that one either. I had to ask for their store managers email before getting a reply. I went to California cosmetics thinking I was going to be a happy customer since I've heard such great things. This literally was the worst experience ever, my lips totally came out uneven. It was clear to me && his staff!!! I wasn't satisfied so me being a genuine person. I went into the office hoping not for my money back because services were rendered but maybe a discount or maybe something he could possibly offer to compensate the feeling I was feeling inside!!! Nobody pays to be ugly or feel ugly!! He's looses major money && time injecting his employees to promote business but cannot bargain with a unsatisfied patient? Instead he trys to lecture me for a entire hr on how I must have some sort of medical condition. He may be a Dr. & think he can fool certain individuals, but my father is a MD && I'm not impressed!! It was clearly his fault for making my lips uneven!! I never have had this issue before so you could image how a person can feel!! He should have been willing to work with me because I manage a dental office where ppl constantly stare at my mouth.. I could have referred a number of people to him.
