RUDE EMPLOYEES, INCORRECT ORDERS, AND LACK OF PRODUCT! Craving some wonderful cold coffee, my fiance and I stumbled upon Crave. Never being there before we decided to check it out. MAJOR DISAPPOINTMENT! Upon walking in, we looked over the menu trying to piece together our order. The cashier was clearly impatient and barked at us to tell her when we were ready. She did not ask if we needed help or give us any suggestions. A couple moments later we told her we were ready and proceeded to order. My fiance ordered an iced americano extra ice less water with cream and caramel, I ordered an iced matcha latte with coconut milk. We then attempted to get the bagels we wanted. 2 blueberry bagels toasted with cream cheese. She told us they had no blueberry. We asked for cinnamon raisin. Nope! He settled for a plain and I a cheesy jalapeno. Our order was approximately 20$ so it's not like we took all her time, then ordered a grab n go item. As we waited for our order, a few people shuffled in. My fiance's drink was ready first. Then mine. As I went to get it, excited to taste it, I said thank you! to the barista. SHE COMPLETELY IGNORED ME! We still had to wait for our bagels though. As we waited, the woman that ordered behind us grabbed her chai and said thank you! to the barista and the barista lit up and exclaimed loudly of course! have a wonderful day! I looked at my fiance and said you know, she completely ignored me when I thanked her! That upset him a bit. He said he noticed as soon as we walked in the attitudes of the employees working. We grabbed our bagels and left. AFTER ALL THAT.....HIS AMERICANO HAD NO CARAMEL AND MY MATCHA LATTE TASTED LIKE OLD OR LOW QUALITY MATCHA POWDER! We were unimpressed and highly dissatisfied! We...
Read moreI usually refrain from leaving negative feedback, but I feel compelled to share my recent experience at this establishment. I strongly advise against visiting unless you enjoy being treated poorly by the staff behind the counter. My family and I visited last Saturday after my son's early tee ball game, hoping for a pleasant coffee break. However, we encountered an unpleasant situation. Despite spending around $40 on drinks and breakfast items and waiting for 25 minutes, the service was disappointing. When I politely raised my concern about the excessive sweetness of my drink, I was met with rudeness. The staff member insisted I pay for a replacement, even though I had barely taken a few sips and had been preoccupied with attending to my small children's needs. It's disheartening that despite expressing my willingness to discuss the issue with a manager, I was denied access to their business contact information and have yet to receive any follow-up (I offered to leave my contact information, I left my full name and number). This type of treatment not only tarnishes the customer experience but could also impact the business's reputation and bottom line. Treating customers with respect and empathy is crucial for fostering loyalty and positive word-of-mouth. I sincerely hope this feedback reaches the management and encourages them to prioritize better employee training and customer service practices. To respect the the employees privacy, I will not mention her name nor the exact words that came out of her mouth but I'd be happy to discuss it with her manager if I can recieve...
Read more*1/5 stars - Utterly Betrayed by the Decline of Crave Coffee
I'm writing this review with a heavy heart, as I'm forced to confront the harsh reality that Crave Coffee is no longer the place I once knew and loved. After 3 years of loyalty, I'm shocked, appalled, and deeply disappointed by the abysmal service and policies that seem to prioritize profits over people.
This morning's my wife called to order was the final nail in the coffin. I expressed my frustration with online issues, and instead of empathy or assistance, she was brutally hung up on by a staff member who clearly didn't care. Hung up on! Can you imagine? I've been a loyal advocate, sending friends and family to your business, only to be treated like dirt.
The new policy that charges customers for a new drink if it's not made to their liking is an outrageous insult. Are we paying for the baristas' incompetence? Is this really how you treat customers who have trusted and supported your business for years? It's not just about the money; it's about the principle. You're essentially saying, "If we screw up, you pay for it." Unacceptable.
Crave Coffee, I've been a devoted fan, but your recent changes have left me feeling disrespected, disappointed, and disillusioned. I'm not sure what's happened to the business I once loved, but it's clear that the soul has been sucked out of it. Unless you radically overhaul your policies and prioritize customer satisfaction, I'll be forced to take my business (and my...
