Four stars for the manager her. He is always so nice and helpful, and he’s always around.. he honestly ends up helping me more than the employees ever do lol. The people working the deli are horrible, you cannot order a sandwich without them making you feel like a horrible person. We waited over 5mins for someone to acknowledge us tonight (they’re always hiding in the back) he saw us and didn’t say anything until the manager walked by us a third time and saw us still standing there. He immediately called out to the employee and the employee still didn’t come over to help. Someone from the meat dpt came to help and obviously didn’t know what he was doing but was willing. He asked the guy that ignored us how to thinly shave the meat and his coworker gave him such a nasty attitude said nothing that helped and left him to figure it out for himself so he could rush to clock out and leave. I felt bad for his coworker but he actually made my sandwich correctly and it was delicious The regular Deli employees are almost always rude and never do what you are actually asking...

Hello, Today I came into the store to take advantage of the buy one get one free sale. When I found the Ancient Nutrition Multi Collagen protein was apart of the promotion but only one left I grabbed it and an Amazing Grass energy. Both items were $47.99 and buy one get one free but they were the only ones left in the store. In a previous visit when I experienced this issue the cashier gave me two options, I could get 50% off or a comparable item. This time the only option I was given by the manager Gabriel was to purchase both items and come back for my free ones. This option would be extremely inconvenient and I explained this to him and about my previous experience to no avail. He absolutely disregarded my previous experience and refused to compromise to improve my shopping experience in any way. What an excellent market, truly what we need, a place with fresh, whole, and organic produce and products. I come here when I search for specific items, or if I'm just in the area and feel like grabbing a few organic fruits and veggies. Great place to find kefir, and raw milk. Awesome selection on kombucha drinks. Plenty of organic, vegan options as well. They have a great selection of items. They even have a supplement area, with plenty of vitamins and nutritional supplements. Let's not forget about their ready to eat food items, such as salads and sandwiches.

Their staff is always helpful, and willing to go the extra mile to try and help you find something.

The only drawback is that they have a limited parking space lot, the spaces are small, and it is always busy at this particular Sprout's. Other than that, this is a nice clean and organized store.
