Defy Boardshop — Local services in Corona

Very very very satisfied. My son and I came in at the last minute (last minute shoppers) to buy my son a skate board because I had promised him one for good grades and good behavior. As soon as we walked in , we were greeted and welcomed and were told that they will be with us shortly even though the gentleman behind the register was assisting other customers. I felt very comfortable and I liked the place immediately even though I don't skate. Loooooong story but it's not about me. 😆 It's about the amazing customer service that I had received. I was beyond satisfied. I did ask the gentleman that works here his name but unfortunately I forgot his name. I know I know it but I don't want to say the wrong name. That would be messed up. I recently visited Defy Boardshop expecting a great experience, but unfortunately, the customer service fell short. The store itself looked fantastic, well-organized, clean, and stocked with a wide selection of gear. However, the service was subpar. As the only customer in the store, I expected some level of attention or enthusiasm from the staff. Instead, the sales associate seemed completely uninterested in helping me. No greeting, no questions about what I was looking for, just a general sense of apathy and short answers to my few questions. Given the excellent store environment, it's disappointing that the customer service didn't match. Pros: Great store layout and selection Cons: Poor customer service, unengaged staff

Simply the best store in the whole area it Rocks the owner Mike has the utmost respect for his costumers likes and gives good advice on his products and not only that he was really working with me and his employee Brandon to get my daughters skateboard into her hands the very same day I just bought the board a couple of hours later we were back and finished putting her skateboard together what a nice board my daughter was happy and a was really amazed how Mike even brought down his price just to make my daughter soooo happy.
