Today was my first time getting injections or Botox. I was really nervous because I didn't know what to expect. My experience at Skin Theory Aesthetics was fantastic from the moment I called them! I called a bunch of different places before I found this incredible place. I spoke with David & Shauna when I called. They were by far the nicest and most informative out of all the Medical Spa's I reached out too. I shared my concerns and they gained my trust right away. So today I had my appointment and it was fantastic. The place was so nice and so clean. I was greeted by both Shauna and Amayrani at the front desk. They were so friendly, sweet and helpful. David was the RN that was seeing me. I had a wonderful consultation with him prior to getting any work done. I told him my concerns, which were the bags and wrinkles around my eyes. Oh my goodness....David DID MAGIC AROUND MY EYES!!! Not only does he have wonderful bedside manners, he also did an incredible job!!! I’ve been coming to this wonderful place for Botox and fillers, and every time I leave, I’m beyond happy with the results. Recently, I decided to try microneedling for the first time, and I’m already seeing incredible improvements! Today marks day five, and my skin is looking smoother and more refreshed than ever. I couldn’t be more thrilled and can’t wait for my next treatment.

What really stands out to me is the overall experience. The staff here is professional, friendly, and genuinely cares about making sure I’m completely satisfied with my results. They also go above and beyond in creating a relaxing atmosphere. The background music is always soothing, and they have a beautiful screen that displays serene, calming visuals from around the world, making the wait feel like a mini escape. My entire experience was absolutely perfect. Shauna is a client of my employer and I’d been wanting some fillers for some time and so I jumped at the opportunity. Firstly, the office is lovely with gorgeous chandeliers and pristine white decor. Very high end . When it came time for the shots to my face (I’m petrified of needles!!) , she and the doctor were extremely comforting and did everything to make me feel less nervous. She had stress balls, ice water, and ice packs ready to go!

The doctor who did my fillers (I can’t remember her name !!:(), is a hoot!! I could listen to her all day!

Even though I was having needles stuck in my face, I have to say the experience was just very ENJOYABLE from start to finish.

This may sound bad but I actually think this place is too good for the center /complex it’s in!! When you walk in, it seems more fitting for La Jolla, Del Mar, Newport Beach, etc . Very Posh! But not in a snooty...
