Jack in the Box — Restaurant in Corona

I really and truly love this restaurant. The milkshakes here are really thick, decadent, delitious, and heavenly. They make the best orio milkshakes in the United States of America. It is to die for. There teriyaki bowls are really flavorful, and tasty. I love those. That is what I order Everytime I come in here. Thanks for saving me on June 23, 2025. I was starving. I ordered a heavenly orio milk shake, and a delicious, tasty, scrumptious and flavorful teriyaki bowl. The food was so good. Louise was such a wonderful man. I pray that you do not join your competition, and x out the cashier. Adopt kiosk only service. I am a totally blind man, and I absolutely can not use a kiosk. Yet, Louise was extremely nice, and caring to me. A lot of fast food restaurants force you to take an order number, and wait, and pick up your order. I am a totally blind man with a cane. It is hard and difficult for me to manage my tray. Thank you Louise for bringing my order to my table. I really appreciate you. You also refilled my water cup five times. I live around the corner from this Jack, and almost every time I order from here, something is missing from my order. Today I placed a mobile order and to my surprise, two items were missing. I went back to get my food that was missing. Whet inside and talked to Brianna, who was not the manager but shift leader. She question me if I was sure I didn't get it, I assured her I wouldn't be coming back and have my food get cold to come back for my food that they missed to bag. I told her a Jack Jr. and regular fries were missed. She told me they have no fries, only curly fries. What kind of business has fries on the menu to only say they have no fries. They should have a sign or remove it from their mobile app. She talked to the cook about it and I just decided to cancel and get my refund. We did the transaction, and I was waiting for my refund receipt, But when I asked her about it, she said there is no receipt that they don't give receipts for refunds. Again, who doesn't give a receipt for refunds. Every business I know gives out refund receipts. My husband doesn't go to this one by Ralph's, he drives to the one off the 91 frwy and Green River. The lady at the window was very rude. I ordered a meal and I had a question I wanted it came with water or milk I said milk she said we don't have any. Okay then a water. She said a couple water I said no it says a bottle of water we don't have any. Just like that just plain not I'm sorry or would you like this or that I said well then what am I going to get she said you can have a soda why didn't she say that in the first place. She didn't say thank you hello nothing give me my change very rudely in my hand she was horrible called the number there's no answer to report her to the manager. I don't know why people work in a job like that when they don't like it she should have been more helpful saying I'm sorry we're out of water I'm sorry we're out of milk you can have any one of these sodas nothing I had to pull everything out of her and then she was rude to me about it because I was asking her it came with my order.
