I normally don't leave reviews. Honestly I wish I didn't have to leave any stars at all. I'm new to the area. Literally I just moved here. Infact I'm not even all the way moved in yet. I love the fact that I'm able to walk to the store at the shopping center across the street from me. I have a little cart I use to carry my groceries. I'm a therapist and I'm off on Sundays. I'm used to getting up early. I was hungry, all my stuff is in boxes,I remembered the doughnut shop across the street. I decided I could grab some coffee have a doughnut write a couple letters, then do my grocerie shopping and go home to start unpacking boxes. I'm enjoying myself, my coffee and doughnut while I write my letter. The place is empty. Maybe because the prices. My coffee and one doughnut cost me 8 bucks! The time I was there only two customers came in it could also be due to the unfriendly atmosphere. I hadn't finished my coffee and doughnut which yes I was eating slowly because I was also writing my son a letter. "Don" at one point says "you have been here long enough" I'm shocked because this is a really nice area. I would expect the businesses to be more friendly to paying customers. It's not like he had ANY other customers. I was quiet, respectful, and was the only customer. They won't be getting my business, I'll spend my money at Jack in the Box before I drop a penny here again. At circle k you can become a "sip and save " member for 6.99 every month. You then use your phone number and can get any size coffee or fountain drink free every day for 30 days. Well for the price of the membership anyways. They also have doughnuts and muffins that are evliveted fresh early every morning which are way better then this place and they don't break the bank. I had an apple fritter, which was half the sice of what a fritter is supposed to be. It was hard, dry and the apple was missing from the apple fritter. Ultimate disappointment.they don't care about their product, attitude, or customers. So "Don" maybe your attitude is one of the reasons you don't have customers. You sure don't act like you want you customers to return, maybe your independently wealthy, or maybe this is a hobby. Maybe your not the actual owner. It's obvious you don't care about the future...
Read moreWhen I was a kid, I used to go to the elementary school nearby, we often went for ice cream or donuts- I moved, but came back my senior year of highschool, and the man running the place still remembered me, and my usual order from when I was five. Words can't express the kindness , and sincerity of the people running this donuts place. I went again, after the man retired, and the new owner (who I believe is his niece) was equally as kind and helpful. God...
Read moreThe place was EMPTY and the donuts were expensive, horrible, DRY, & on the harder side! I usually go to Raised Donuts in Corona, these donuts DO NOT EVEN BEGIN TO COMPARE to their donuts in the least bit. I got a dozen of regular round and twist (chocolate, sugar, and glazed) donuts and it was $17. 75. It would not be such a bad price for good donuts but they were horrible! I am shocked at all the great reviews, clearly these people have not had good...
