Xpresso Urban Cafe — Restaurant in Corona

This use to be my favorite shop until they changed ownership. Prices increased and quality went down. They fired all the old staff and completely ran it into the ground. My favorite drink was the Pumpkin Spice, it was made with real pumpkin spice filling! I went in right before halloween and not only did they admit they changed the formula it was a crappy syrup. It tasted like dirty dish water. They gave me at least 3 wrong orders and were just downright rude! I use to go every week, but lately, I haven't gone at all. Why waste my money. I was looking for a coffee shop to go to right before work and it was this one or the Starbucks down the street. If you go to Corona for work, you’ll know how miserable the traffic is in the AM! So instead of going to Starbucks, I go to this one and wait for the traffic to die down since I only work a few streets away.

This review is not in response to the food or service, as I did not order. I was going to, but left after I noticed the poor beta fish kept in glass bottles by the register. The bottles were small and the water was dirty, and all the fish could easily see each other. Some may think, "who cares, they're just fish", but I know there are others out there who do care and don't want to give money to a business with low regard for animals. So, this review is for them.

Just an FYI for those who own betas or are considering one: it is a misconception they like small tanks. They should have a 5 gallon tank...
