Sea 'N Air Lanes — Local services in Coronado

Much smaller than the bowling alley at 32nd, but not any less fun. Superior customer service, drink, food, and prices! It is located by the base Chapel and across from the base fitness center. It is usually less crowded when their is no ship in port, as I am told, since I have never experienced having to wait for a lane when bowling here. Decided to take our sailor here for his vacation last week. We got on a lane pretty quickly, but I had to explain my need for the bumpers, as they usually only activate them for kids, but I am a disabled Vet and have had double shoulder surgery. We ordered the burger meals, which turned out to be a mistake, as they were very thin and extremely overcooked. The staff was quite friendly and helpful. The price was right for our group of eight to bowl for an hour and a half and enjoy some good pizza, soda and snacks. The machinery is the smoothest and fastest bowling equipment I've ever had the pleasure of using. The computer system for scoring is easy to use, and the televisions work well.
