I had a problem with water leaking onto Mr freezer compartment and building up untill I could not open or close my freezer door. I had this problem about 18 months ago and Appliance Care of Corpus Christi fixed it. The problem came up again a couple weeks ago and I scheduled them out to address the problem again. The technician came out and "fixed the problem" and I was charged the service call and technician time. No problem as the previous work was out of warranty. I experienced the same problem a week later and scheduled a technician to come out. The technician did his technician thing, told me hopfully it would solve the problem an charged me another service call which after only a week should have been covered under warranty. I e-mailed the service department and questioned the charge - TO DATE, OVER A WEEK LATER THEY HAVE NOT RESPONDED! No way to...

I was unhappy with the service right off the bat. They have no way to leave a message when they aren't there. I called when they were supposed to open at 9:00 am and no one answered but they did call me back an hour and a half later! Then they wanted way too much for the part I needed. It was almost 100.00 more than the highest price one online that I found . Wasn't impressed with the only place in Corpus Christi to buy appliance parts which is why they charge so much. Just because.you can, doesn't mean that you should. I order everything online now because it is a lot cheaper. You can order the exact same part from the same vendors that they do and get it without their exhuberant price hike....

Shopped for an A/C capacitor in three A/C supply stores around town today on Labor Day. I called C.C. Appliance Parts, not only were they open, they also had the A/C capacitor I needed in stock. They were my last resort before calling an A/C repair company. Mr. Ruben was friendly and professional. He was also very knowledgeable of the part I needed.
