Order # 237... I visited this location to pick up a quick meal. I could hardly hear the female who took my order in the drive thru. Seems like the more I ordered the lower her voice got like if I was inconveniencing her. I ordered the new steak cheesy street chalupus box including taco supremes and a burrito. When I get home and open the box i immediately notice the street cheesy chalupas are smaller than I thought and that they look old and burnt. Sure enough looking at the cheesy street chalupus and they are beyond edible. The shells are so burnt that they are dried and look old. Seems like they might have been there for a while and instead of throwing them away decided to pass them on to a drive thru customer who is highly unlikely to drive all the way back for fressh food or a refund. Sadly I am not surprised as about 3 weeks ago I purchased the cantina chicken crispy tacos and the exact same thing. They were old and burnt. It seems that depending on what you order will depend if the food is old or not. I do understand it's fast food and that I shouldn't expect restaurant quality. Read moreJust went in with my pregnant wife and ordered a crunch-wrap supreme combo, a single crunch-wrap and an order of chips and cheese. Waited 30 minutes to get our food, went up to the counter about 17 minutes in to check on my order and the girl at the front counter had a bad attitude while asking for my name.She disappeared, and I continued to wait and watch them complete 3 or 4 more drive thru orders. Including 1 or 2 I saw them complete after bumping my flashing order from their expediting screen. We initially ordered our food to sit and eat in the restaurant but because of the wait we asked the employee who brought us our food to put it in a to-go bag. As he was bringing us our food in the to-go bag he murmured obscenities and something along the lines of “you’re gonna give me attitude” under his breath as he was walking over to us. When I finally got my order I was about 3/4 of the way through my crunch-wrap without any meat, and my crunchy taco was barely filled. My wife’s crunch-wrap was mostly sour-cream. Lady answering the drive thru was on the phone with her boyfriend the whole time while the older lady that worked there did everything another girl was in there waiting 30 minutes for a mobile order, I waited 15 minutes for my chipotle ranch grilled chicken burrito and the drive thru lady didn’t even put sauce on it wasted my time and money.went back 12/30/23 the lady I was previously speaking about being on her phone the whole time was named Amanda she was there on my recent visit, she seems like shes the store manager but couldn’t even take my 1 burrito order correctly, got it wrong once and I ran in and it was wrong again she let all the other young people in there and handle my complaint and didn’t do anything to help me just let all the work fall on other people.
