Bill Miller BBQ — Restaurant in Corpus Christi

So today I thought I'd spoil myself with some chopped BBQ sandwiches and was in for a little surprise. Two actually... Got my order went home and as soon as I took a look at my chopped sandwiches I noticed their size was nowhere near what they normally were. Opened them up and noticed their was almost no meat in them. Hence why they looked smaller than what they normally were. I called to see if they had changed their portion size and turns out according to the manager Kimberly that they were actually the right portion and they had been over serving I guess for the last 20 years since I've never seen a sandwich like that in all this time I've been eating there. She also mentioned that they had been watching them and how they served it. Thankfully I've got pictures. After being very disappointed with what was said and told her I guess I had no choice but to accept it I realized they didn't even put my pickles and onions in the bag. So she's been watching them yet they still served me incorrectly? How does this work? Anyway. You lost me as a loyal customer. If what Kimberly said is true. I won't be the only one disappointed. So I had to do half their job and cut onions and pickles put them in the dang sandwich which by now is already cold. THANKS BILL MILLERS!...

Usually my husband and I love bill millers. During this visit our tenders where cold (not fresh), they forgot to add the rest of our fries to our meal, and the mac n cheese was dried out and broken up like its was the last serving from the pan. I respectfully called and requested a manager whom luckily i was already speaking with (bianca). I explained to her that our meals only had 5 pieces of fries and we had a good laugh. She offered to remake our ticket but i told her that was unnecessary since the rest of our order was fine it was just the 2 #4s and the Mac that we weren't happy with. She then went on to instruct me to write down her name, return in the next 48hrs and she would have the 2 #4s and mac re-made. I returned today and they wouldn't honor the re-make only give me fries and mac that anything else i wanted i would have to purchase separately. 🤦🏻‍♀️ Instead of arguing and wasting anyone’s time I said thank you and requested them to cancel my first order that I wouldnt be returning to...

Bill Miller's has gotten horrible. At this location, they served the beans mixed together with the brisket. When I explained to the manager that this was not what we wanted, she began to argue with me by saying that is how they always serve their food. They also put onions and pickles on top of the potato salad. I have never had the food served to me this way here nor at any other barbecue restaurant. People who like potato salad may not appreciate onions and pickles on top of their potato salad. It makes more sense to give these items on the side. Never in all my years of being a Bill Miller customer have I experienced this type of service. I am shocked at how they served the food but I am more shocked that the manager tried to argue with me by saying this is standard practice. No barbecue place serves the meat with beans mixed together. Side items are normally on the side. I have been a customer for about 30 years. Never again will I go...
