Amanda (the manager) is truly amazing, I adore her. However the majority of the other employees (and owners for that matter) are rude and unprofessional. My fiancé and I came in today and nobody greeted us, and Mike (the owner) quite frankly mean mugged us as if we weren’t going to be paying customers. I’m very disappointed.

Mike did NOT ever tell my fiancé to not come back. If he had, we wouldn’t have been up there, because we weren’t there to cause problems. My fiancé was not rude to any customers other than a man that threatened his child’s life and an ex-employees husband who assaulted him. Jennifer (who barely works there) and Jackie (the owners drunk sister in law) were extremely disrespectful and rude while we were in the bowling alley participating in the league that we PAY for.

Regardless, the owners a racist and his wife’s a drunk that doesn’t know any...

I took my family bowling today, and had some coupons from the previous owner. The girl at the counter said she is not supposed to accept them but she would honor them today. While bowling, we were moved to 3 lanes due to faulty scoring equipment. In the middle of the game, we were told we had to stop so they could polish the lanes. When they were done, and restarted our game we were charged for frames from them resetting the lane. Upon checkout, I was told they would no longer honor the coupons, but was offered them back for all the issues today, and was told "Maybe another manager will let you use them." Greatgrandson wanted to go bowling. So we headed to the bowling ally. Been a lot of years since I was there last. Lady at desk was very nice. It was a slow time and she came over and gave him a little instruction. . We had a great time. As we were about to leave she told me about a Senior league. Said they practiced on Tuesdays.
