Pearce Collections Museum — Attraction in Corsicana

Was able to come visit some of Pearce museum. We got a personal tour from Simeon. Learned so many things I have never known or been taught before. This collection has some things that I have not seen before such as some cross hatch correspondence letters. Learning about how they signaled people on the underground railroad with quilts and colors was informative. I look forward to coming back when I have time to bring the kids to learn this...

This place is phenomenal for the entire family. My first visit there today and I will bring a ladies group back down to see what I enjoyed so much. Cindy and the other lady that greeted us could not have been nicer and knowledgeable and what a joy it was to spend a few hours there with them. Little known museum in Corsicana. But a must to see and tour. The tour guide was great and very knowledgeable, he gave a great overview of each area . They have a great collection of Arrowheads over 40,000, a wonderful art gallery and Civil War section. The entrance fee is 5.00. We'll go back because we didn't get to...
