Jack in the Box — Restaurant in Corsicana

This place needs workers, There was 8 to 10 people waiting for their order, and probably as upset for the long wait as I was, but I wasn't upset at the THREE workers ya'll had working, in the busiest time- It was so overwhelming to watch these 3 workers busting their a@@ off, doing more than 1 persons job, and just because they were capable, doesn't mean you should take advantage! The workers last night, deserve more than 1 persons pay if you aren't going to properly staff...and when I say, they are the only thing keeping your business going, you better hope you don't lose any of them, you can't afford to. I will be patiently waiting for a response, a real one. Thank you to the amazing workers at Jack in the Box in Corsicana Tx, the evening on 6/20/2023, we all saw you were understaffed, ya'll did a great job...

I came in around 9:45pm tonight, I waited in line for about 20 minutes and the guy at the window seemed polite. He told me to pull to the front and wait for my order.

I waited there for 45 minutes before reaching out to a worker and finding out my 45$ order had been “lost” and they needed proof I paid for it. Luckily I had my receipts ,

I watched as several other costumer had the same problem as me withen the hour and was also accused of not paying for their order and then bluntly just got ignored. Like speaking to a wall.

And after everything I finally get home and didn’t even get all of what I paid for, but I guess that was my fault for assuming after an hour the couldn’t have possibly made that mistake. In fact most places give you extra goodies for those kinda of waits...

I ordered the munchie box with a burger, curly fries and 2 tacos. I got a burger and 4 tacos. Since it was about 11 pm, the lobby was closed. I tried calling first but, of course, no answer. I pulled back around the drive thru where we were informed they would be closed for about 30 mins. (HUH?) Informed them that | was missing fries. She said (with an attitude) to pull up to the window. I asked them if they stopped putting mayo on the jumbo jack? "Yes, just mustard now." I asked her if she has packets of mayo.
