I ordered a new iPhone 12 that was backordered until January through Verizon. They were able to get it to me within a couple of days and did a workaround so that I could use my upgrade. David and Eva were really nice and worked through all of the tech challenges as their systems were having issues across the board. I was there for about an hour and finally had to take my phone and set it up on my own because it was taking so long. Not their fault at all! However, the reason for my lower rating was that there was a third employee who was playing on his phone the whole time, had a lot of snide comments, and was just generally unprofessional. He also tried to sell me the insurance several times even though I kept declining and kind of negged me saying I was living dangerously with a thousand dollar phone. I was like, dude, let it go! He also was the only one not wearing a mask even though he was in close proximity to me. I am very grateful for retail workers during this challenging time and am always nice and polite because too many people aren't but I was really ready to snap with him. It made what was already a long, drawn out process even more stressful. Kudos to David and Eva for a high level of customer service that I...
Read moreWe needed new screen protectors for the phones we had bought in your store just two years ago. A young man greeted us and when it was our turn, said that he would need to go get gloves to remove our screen protectors, because in his other job as "an engineer" his fingertips lost their sensitivity. At his request, I unlocked my phone and handed it to him. He looked at it with apparent disgust, shook his head and made a dismissive sound as he handed it back to me. I asked about his response, and he answered, "iPhone 14!" as though there were something shameful about having a two year old phone. I think maybe his insensitivity was not limited to his fingertips. We remain perfectly happy with our two year old phones. But when they do need to be replaced, we will find...
Read moreMy review is mainly aimed at employee Logan. When we were struggling to add our email to the new phones, he played âknow it allâ making comments that we made a poor choice of phones, how he hated iPhones, and preceded to take the phone from me and pulled up google/microsoft and insisted I change my password. I tried to tell him that our emails were âpop3â and not âGmail or outlookâ, he brushed me off and then made a comment about my âgreyâ hair and implied I was too old to understand the new technology! This guy needs to be removed from interacting with customers! Also, what is with the scrappy appearance? Long unkept hair that makes it look like he just rolled out of bed. A very poor representation of...
