After two hours there, I left without gel on my nails. I couldn’t sit any longer. There was only one customer when I arrived around 9:30 am & two more came in after me, so not like they were busy. I was told it would be an hour & they would only need 10 mins to soak the old gel but two hours later, I was still waiting for my nails to be completed. There were 3 ladies working & another younger woman came in towards the end of my 2 hrs but still they acted like I had all day to sit there on Christmas Eve. I’ve been to a lot of nail salons and in many states. It’s really hard to find a place that does a consistent and beautiful job. I’ve only gotten the French tip on my toes and nails, no solid colors or designs (but I will be doing that today, will update later). Regardless, it has been the best gel nail pedicure/ manicure I’ve ever had. It looks just as beautiful every time I get it done so it’s very consistent. I’ve been coming to this nail salon for sometime but after my visit today, I will never go back and will never recommend this salon to anyone. Tami is great but the older woman who works there was extremely rude and had no manners what so ever. And because of her they have lost business. I always tipped well and have been a gracious and respectful customer. It was the most disappointing experience I have ever had in a nail salon and to top it off the mani and pedi had a lot to be desired. Total lack of service...
