I brought my daughter with special needs here. I was so excited that she could manage this whole playground by her self. She is 4 and just started walking, she was able to get on and up to the top area without help. Since the playground is ADA accessible it is wider, so my daughter could take her time while other kids could still pass her without squeezing by. This park is beautiful and green (we are from the desert) and has a beautiful "hidden" treasure up the steep sidewalk, or you can go around and have a less aggressive incline. Animals are scurring and swimming about. I was sad to see that they were resurfacing the following day for the rest of the week since I was only here for the week. However I think maintenance could be so much better. The restrooms are absolutely horrible ( changing table has been dangling off the wall for months) trash always overflowing around the park, duck poop and goose poop has gotten worse on the sidewalks over the years and the playground rubber is ripped up, black widows and black widow eggs everywhere on the playground equipment.highly suggest also adding more shade for the slides and swings . Read moreThis playground is a good size playground for many kids to have fun. I love that it is next to TeWinkle Park so the family can go for a walk or have fun exploring nature. Restrooms are clean and parking is close by. Plenty of seating, benches, rocks, and grass. Oh yeah, kids playground has that super soft spongy floor so kids don't get beat up.
