Amazon has suspended my account and will hold over 10k of my money forever unless I provide proof that your products are legit. Amazon believes your products to be counterfeit. Any whenever I call Isa answers and pretends not to hear me and leaves me on the line for ten minutes and then hangs up. I’ve called over fifty times. Please hire a better representative and more importantly answer me because she cannot provide documentation I need to get my 10k back only you can Kristina. I understand you are busy but Amazon has given me only 13 more days to resolve this issue or my account is permanently deactivated and money permanently gone. Have a heart and show some consideration for your customers you claim to care about. If the products are real like you claim them to be then you shouldn’t be ignoring me when I’m simply asking for a letter of authorization.
Horrible company that sells FAKE products. 90% of their google reviews are fake because they are talking about buying a gift for their gf but minmax sells large MOQ’s that are thousands of dollars. You can’t buy just a single unit for your gf.
Also their reviews are from foreign names with only 1 review but minmax is based in the US and doesn’t ship internationally.

After placing an order with them, they said they were not able to get the product so they offered me a refund or credit. I chose a credit (trying to be a good customer) and continue: mistake. Upon ordering my next product is when I found out Amazon doesn't recognize their invoices. I immediately asked for a refund but I was denied.
Months later after sitting on thousands of dollars of unsellable product, I luckily got ungated with Amazon w/o their invoice. Then, after finally getting my product I saw they incorrectly prepped, leaving the UPC exposed on all units. They refused to refund me for their prep mistake, saying they always do it that way.
