Such horrible management. Right after we got my son a toy here it broke. Literally just got it last night. Toys are meant to be played with and he wasn't overly rough with it at all. If he'd been throwing it or something and that was the cause we wouldn't have even tried taking it back. But that was not the case. They refused to take it back or exchange it. I'd understand if he'd had it awhile..but not the day after! The woman specifically said "Well we can't put it back on the shelf like that." NO kidding! You shouldn't if it's clearly defective! Wow!! what a Great management team you have here in Cottonwood!! So i had an issue with a missing part on a purchase i spoke with Rachael Anderson an Asst Mgr. and she was Beyond helpful!! she straightened my issue out immediately. this is why i enjoy tractor supply. i went in today and the Mgr(?) I went in to get a pair of boots I work late so when I arrived it was 730 they close at 8 Imade my selection and went toward the checkout a man who was working said you got 2 minutes and I thought it was very rude I won't be back I left the boots there and kept my 200.00 ita amazing to me that people can be so rude it was just sad that he would speak to a customer that way it wasn't so much what he said it was more the tone as if I wasn't worth the sale i think customers should be treated with some dignity and respect but I guess this is why small towns dislike...
