Drove all the way to town to get a specialty part for my bike. Came in the store was greeted with "how can I help you" I mentioned I needed a headlight bulb. The salesman's response was that's all you need and then picked up the phone and began a conversation with someone completely ignoring me. Might possibly be because I was on my day off clothing and I didn't appear to be a multi-business owner with the finance to buy right off the floor. Read moreNot A lot of good things to say about this dealership at this time. They had to replace the Decompression Lever on my 2012 BMW G 650 GS Sertao, Now I am on my third leak of the valve cover. Currently I am in Chicago, on a road trip, and the bike is at the local Dealer here. They have found that the Valve cover is warped. I suspect mis tightening by the Omaha mechanic, As I have Google'd oil leaks on this bike, and found none. Of course the dealer here will not point a finger. This is my Opinion so far.
