Burger King — Restaurant in Council Bluffs

Inside the walls are not painted the same. the floor looks terrible the counters were covered in junk. Its was the worse Burger King in Council Bluffs out of all four. And yes we do visit all of them. I told my husband if I ever wanted to go back to tell me not to and tell me to think of this moment. We had to wait for service at a fast food place. The man manager had gloves on but every finger was showing and broken. He then use the computer and touched our cups with the dirty gloves. After he began to serve food after that without changing a single glove. There was not enough help at, the counter person. Left us as we were in line to go to the drive through and didn't say a world to us as we stared in awe.

I understand that this could have just been a down day. That the stress of it all could have made the day hard. Our food was very prompt and delicious And didn't reflect the chaos inside. Hopefully they'll get on top of...

Placed an order online thru the app for delivery. When placing the app, it had stated the store was open. Waited an hour and my delivery driver called and stated that they weren’t serving breakfast anymore. Keep in mind, I placed my order at 9:30. Finally got a hold of someone at the store. Very rudely, stated that the app didn’t update and they didn’t open until 10:30, which meant they weren’t serving breakfast anymore. Asked if I could get a refund for my order since the items were not available. Lady then stated no, and that I placed an order when they weren’t open. Explain I get that, but app stated they were open, so again, asked for a refund. Lady then responded with “ Not sure what you expect me to do, because I can’t do that” Definitely deserves 0 stars after...

The cashier and what appeared to be a manager both said over and over to us that "we the customer" didn't want to try the tacos. They claimed that the tacos were disgusting. We purposly came to try them. We did. I liked the flavor but since they had sat so long they were soggy. My 8 yr old grand child said the meat(?not sure of the filling) had pizzazz. They should have used flour tortillas instead of corn as they were a bad combination. Corn tortillas are not crispy they are crunchy (although ours were neither) The lettuce was wilted from, as I suspect, sitting too long from diverted selling. We also tried the Whopper 0% beef.
