OfficeMax — Local services in Council Bluffs

I'm not sure what changed from last year to this year's services at this location. I am a owner of my own company and a manager of another. Every year I buy bulk labels for my product through you guys. Specifically 2x3 labels for my team to print and label my products. For the past 3 weeks I've used Amazon because they seem more reliable on having stock compared to this location. Since your team doesn't really know how to order I'll help out. " Avery, Print to the edge labels, 22890, 2"×3", glossy white, 8 labels per, ITEM # 8971046". This is 1 of the most in customer pick up labels wanted such for myself and others. It needs to be on the shelf during the spring amd summer times daily. Your site shows 1 available as it has for 3 weeks and yet I take my time and go here to find not even 1 is available. Then I call while your team trys to figure out where it is. For 3 weeks now if me, a owner of another business equires 100s of these labels, I can only imagine other people amd their money your store missed out on due to improper...

Needed 2 copies of blueprints printed. 9 sheets each. Sent the pdf on Saturday at 10am. Was told it would be done by 7pm. After a wasted 30 min trip they ended up being done at 4pm the following day.

When I stopped in to pick them up, each sheet (2ft x 3ft) was individually rolled. They said to go through each one because they might have messed up. I had to unroll each sheet and collate them in order which took about 20 minutes. Two workers watched me but didn't offer to help. Not even unroll the remaining sheets.

In the end I had both copies but had an extra trip in and I had to organize it. Next time I will go to staples. Longer drive but it is cheaper and they make sure their work is correct, not make their customers finish the service being paid for.

Office Max/Depot are not getting any more of...

Gave 1 Star because 0 or half isn’t an option... Dropped off some things to be copied at 9am Saturday and requested to pick them up that evening - since I was told they wouldn’t have a print person there til 2... never received a phone call that my order was ready. Called the next day at 4pm to make sure it was ready before driving over. They didn’t even have my order started and I was told it would be awhile because “I just got like 15 orders in but I can call when we are about to close and let you know how many I have done” I waited another whole business day and went at 5pm on Monday only to find out my order STILL had not even been started! How disappointing... i took my things and will definitely be taking my business elsewhere...
