I've never been treated poorly by any employee in the area until this store opened. I was in need of some more coils for my device and simply told the guy the type of vape I had and the model. EVERY other time I have said the type and model I have, the employee knows right away what I need. This time he said "You should really know the coil you need, not knowing what coil you need makes it harder for me." That's not something you tell a customer. It made me really upset that the lack of his knowledge resulted in this type of situation. I've been looking for new coils for my device for weeks and I'm constantly being told "We should have it in a couple days." I told him that I've been looking for weeks and he said "Don't listen to them, they just want to get your hopes up, we never know what is going to come in our orders." WHAT? You're telling me to not listen to what your co-workers say, to make yourself look better? From my experiences before, I have trusted what everyone has said because what I've always been told has been true. He was constantly talking down about his co-workers and saying that no one was organized and this and that. After that, I said I'd like to just have them ordered from another store. He wrote down what I needed, but I doubt he even processed it. He didn't take me through the process of the ordering to confirm that he did it, and was just very rude about this situation. I asked why it seems like the coils I'm looking for are so much harder to find now, and he said that it is discontinued but the coils are still available, but hard to get. What I got from that is I'd have to basically buy a brand new device because the things I need for it to work are not readily available for weeks. Iāve been buying coils for my Zeus tank for 1.5 years and never had an issue. I was on a road trip to the council bluffs area and stopped in to get another pack of coils. All 5 were duds! Iāve never had that happen before, Iāve had coils only last a couple of days but all 5 were burnt. Either right away or within 6 hours. Iāve been using the same juice for 7 months and normally my coils last 5-7 days each. Iāve visited many vape stores and ordered from many different places and never had this issue. Unfortunately I was āforcedā to use said burnt coils until my next pay check when I could afford another pack. I have noticed that as far as prices go for most things alohma is top in its grade for prices... Other shops often have better prices for the exact same thing. Wish that the prices were less marked up and that they kept up on the inventory a little better. Asked three different times about the red light up smoke prince coils and have yet to hear an offer to try and get them in stock. I'll probably go back to ordering on...
