I shop at this store every morning, never miss a day. I have always used my rewards card to redeem my rewards. But now, the company requires the use of an app to redeem rewards this action excludes many customers from redeeming rewards due to disabilities, older age or economic challenges as a blind person, I am not able to use an app. Therefore I am excluded from redeeming My rewards.
