Not even worth 1 pitiful little star. The delivery driver stole my parking spot for starters. Ordered online this time due to misunderstanding over the phone prior to today, hoping there wouldn’t be any errors. I was only missing an order of 5 breadsticks, no big deal, decided to give the store a call to see how the situation could be resolved. I immediately got an attitude from the woman who answered the phone. I proceeded to tell her about the missing breadsticks, she asked about the receipt (which flew away as I picked up my order from the counter), then told me that they couldn’t do anything without the receipt, so I asked to speak to the manager and she simply said “that’s what he told me”, I asked once more, after an annoyed sigh and a short hold, I’m on the phone with manager. He asked what the situation was, I tried explaining that my hands were full walking out of the store and wasn’t able to pick up the receipt, he asked what I wanted him to do about the receipt (he’s even more annoyed than the woman). I told him that I wanted him to do something about my missing breadsticks. Before we get any further, he claims that they’re extremely busy and he’s the only one that can take care of orders (which is very unbelievable because there were workers lounging in the waiting chairs, 1 at the register, and the manager spectating). So now I’m on hold, for 10 minutes. How rude. This location has terrible customer service, beware to future customers, always check your order (& their attitude)...
Read moreI love pizza hut pizza and their breadsticks are like heaven. But this location is without a doubt the worst Pizza Hut on the planet. One star doesn't even begin to come close to describing how terrible of an experience this restaurant consistently gives. 2 hour wait for pizza's.. When your pizza does finally arrive the delivery person is wearing a domino's uniform but delivering a Pizza Hut Pizza. They say they're open until 10, but they don't have enough workers to stay open past 8pm but they don't inform you of this until you've ordered which takes forever because of the incompetent customer service rep. They don't get your address correct and deliver pizza's to the wrong house even though it auto fills on their computers when you call. They don't get your order right either. They will send items you didn't even order, not just simply forgetting the extra cheese you asked for. Ordering is a 20 minute process. Literally any other pizza chain in council bluffs is better. Tony's frozen from Walmart is a better pizza experience than this. I'm serious, I'd rather talk to the extended warranty people than anyone at this location again. Which sucks because I love the flavor. Might have to drive to omaha to get decent customer service from this chain. If you're reading this from corporate, I'd highly suggest hiring an entirely new team. Maybe just start by hiring some actual people to cook your food so you can actually operate as a business. Read moreThe whole customer service experience wasn’t there. I came to pick up my order at 7:29 and was told to wait about one more minute as they were finishing. Didn’t mind as the app said will be ready at 7:33. The manager then went to go take a call and while doing that my order was ready. By now there two of us customers waiting, the second one was never greeted or offered help. The employees just kept walking by looking at us without saying nothing. By now it’s 7:40 and the manager is still on the phone and when we tried asking the other employees for help, they said they can’t do anything because only the manager can handle the front. The manager finally got off the phone at 7:42 and just handed me the pizza which I don’t get why no one else couldn’t do that. Because of this it took longer than needed and I was late for my meeting and got deducted points from my grade. The way things work here and the employees were not satisfying.
