This establishment is disgraceful to work for. The pay is VERY poor in comparison to other establishments. They don't provide a liveable wage. You don't get a single paid break, you don't get benefits, and they pay $8-$10 per hour which is disgraceful in this economy. When you miss a day, they expect a doctor's note and the copay for a visit would eat up half of your check on the wage they provide. The management team is beyond unprofessional. They have a manager that's known to hit on their subordinates, & that includes minor females. They also have one that's certified mental, that treats employees like trash and clicks out for the smallest things such as asking questions. The work morale is very poor as well. Management never shows any appreciation to their employees which really drives the work morale down there. A simple thank you goes a long ways in management. Several employees lost their power for days during the tornado which also included every ounce of groceries that they had. Management stated that they would help these families and came back and stated the Naifehs would not be helping anyone because if they helped one, then they would have to help all. Management laughed at these families behind their backs. There is absolutely no room for growth there. If a position becomes available, the person getting the job won't be the more qualified candidate. It will be the "favored" candidate. The employees with good work ethics end up overworked while those with poor work ethics slide right by. The high turnover rate speaks for itself. So what I just experienced at the deli area of this place is despicable, so my husband and I were in the line and we had been there for about 20 minutes and the line was long so we waited patiently to get to the front and don’t forget that the line was still long behind us as well so by the time we got to the front this older Caucasian man came up as if he were talking to someone in front of us and broke us clear as day and we know some of them behind the counter saw it just like everyone else did but they proceeded to make this man’s food like that was okay what he did smh so this black man spoke up behind us and the short heavy set Caucasian woman with a hat on completely ignored his comment then she had the nerve to say she’s going to make him wait now since he said something which baffled me, because instead of you doing what’s right Lady you indulged in the ignorance right alone with him so yeahh if you don’t want to be discriminated against you guys then you might not want to go here for a sandwich but you be blessed ma’am because that was inappropriate and just flat out unacceptable!!!! Enter this company's parking lot at your own risk. They have shopping carts in the parking spaces at night. I hit one of the carts that they neglected to clear from the lot and it damaged my car grill. I called the store manager and didn't get so much as a 'sorry about your car being damaged by our cart; but instead, I got, we're not responsible for your car being damaged. I've been a loyal customer up until now. I am not going to shop there anymore! All these gentiles and Khazars- (so-called "Jews" care about is what you can do for them. What you can buy from them. They've lost this customer! You would think that somebody would at least apologize. That's too good for people like them to do! Remember, enter at your own risk!
