Got a email coupon went to the store asked an associate where the ammo was?he didn't know. found a box with same manufacture, quantity everything except the color of the box.He took it to the register came back no this isn't the one that's on sale.I then asked to see the manager she came over and she said just because you get a coupon it doesn't mean we have it here.I then asked if they would sell the box that they have for the same price since it was the same thing,Nope the conversation was over she would rather upset a customer than help them.Standing next to me was another customer that wanted the ammo also and he told me he was going to the Butler store on his was home,I got a call from him,he got 3 boxes of the same ammo we seen at the Cranberry Pa store.I guess some stores care more about the customer...

   Read moreWe arrived at 11:45 to fill up our CO2 canisters. Neither of the 2 employees in the outdoor section were trained to use the CO2 fill station. We were told that we would have to wait until 2:00 for an employee that would be able to use it. Since we lived an hour away and this was the closest place to go, we waited for 2 hours and 15 minutes. At 2:00, the employee was still not there so we asked the manager if she knew how to use the station, and she was very rude to us and didnât seem to want to help us.
