The name should be Inaccurate. We used their service for one year. The staff and service techs are professional and on time.Their scheduling program and online presence are modern and fresh all very dazzling, but unfortunately what is lacking is technical skill for repair. After my winter service call I am completely unimpressed. The tech diagnosed my system to need a new motor. It does not. Simply the housing unit was warped and the fan blade was clipping it. They quoted over $800.00. On my second unit, tech replaced a filter that was 2 inches short and we only discovered it because of calling for a second opinion. BTW he left the old filter and trash leaning against the wall...🙄After all was said and done they worked up a diagnosis and quote that was totally inaccurate and completely unreasonable. They wanted to charge another almost $ 900. To clean our coils. Today we got a second and third opinion, way different than what I was told yesterday. Saving our house hold almost $1000. To give benefit of doubt, I reached out to management...Tanner, I believe who could absolutely care less. No apologies whatsoever for the misdiagnosed job, replacement of wrong filter nor any rebuttal or explanation of why they quoted so high for coils compared to other 2 estimates I've gotten coming in at 300.and 350.He thanked me for calling and that's it. So while their presentation is very dazzling indeed, I strongly recommend you get 2nd opinions on any job they quote you. First to make sure it is indeed ACCURATE and second to make sure you're not absorbing all the excessive cost of their...

I had an incredibly positive experience with Accurate Electric, Heating and Air. From start to finish, the service was top-notch! A special thank you to Jordan Crowsey, who went above and beyond — he explained all of my options in clear detail and did exceptional work on my AC units. He also coordinated the installation of a new split system and blown-in insulation with impressive efficiency and care.
Though I don’t recall every name, the entire crew that worked alongside Jordan was professional, polite, and extremely thorough. I do want to recognize two other standouts: Dalton Carver, the electrician, and Ashton Vines, who meticulously cleaned all my vents. Both were courteous and did excellent work.
What really set this experience apart was the strong communication from the team behind the scenes. I received regular updates about when the crew would arrive, and I loved the personal touch of getting pictures and brief bios of Jordan, Dalton, and Ashton ahead of time. It made me feel very comfortable having them in my home.
From the moment I called to the completion of the job, everything was done within just three days — incredibly fast and efficient. I will absolutely call Accurate again for future needs and HIGHLY RECOMMEND this...
Read moreSlimy company that acts like used car salesmen. Paid $190 for a tech to come out. Jordan Crowsey’s profile said he had been with the company for 12 years, sounds like he’s experienced!
He gets here, tells us the compressor is blown and they no longer make it so we need to replace the whole unit. He gives us two different quotes ranging from $12k-$15k. We call an additional company out on Monday to get a second opinion, the tech diagnoses the issue and repairs the faulty wire in under 5 minutes.
I immediately called AHS back as I’m now questioning what exactly Jordan did that I paid $190 for. My invoice says “blown compressor” but that doesn’t tell me the diagnostics ran. AHS has no detailed service notes. Requested a refund as there is no tangible proof that their tech even tried to diagnose the issue vs. just taking a picture and trying to sell me a new unit. Was told that this has to be discussed with the homeowner even though the company came out and took my money without ever speaking to the homeowner.
Learned these guys are commission based, makes sense. Go to a legitimate contractor who isn’t all about...
