Taco Casa — Restaurant in Texas

I ordered from the Drive-Thru this morning… and the Host info that’s on my receipt says, “Host: Cash6558er #1”

He was extremely polite, responded back to me after every interaction both from the Drive-Thru screen and at the window in-person.

As I was about to ask for some Hot sauce and/or was going to wait to see if he would ask me if I would like some… he already a handful in my bag along with some napkins and utensils 🙌🏽

An even amount of sauce packets, napkins, utensils (forks/knives) for the 2 food items I ordered… and the packaging of the food was evenly placed.

I know it all sounds like a lot of little things… but it’s little things like that that I feel like people in Customer Service need to take tips from because things like that make people’s days so much easier and better.

Things like having an even amount of utensils goes a long way because what if you don’t have any extra with you in the car?

What if you’re not going home to eat the food?

What are you gonna do… eat a messy (but delicious) chilada using just your bare hands? What are we… barbaric?! 🤨

Most disrespectful service I have ever gotten in the USA they make you wait as they continuously bring new made trays of food to the counter and walk away as you wait patiently for a refill. They knew I needed a place refill because the drink tops were off, as you need drink refills standing at the counter they continuously walk away from the counter never saying a thing to you as they delivered more and more food, trays till you ask them what is up. They tell you you have to then go to the other end of the counter after you ask them as you become more agitated. hen the female person becomes all smart indicating as in follow the rules or no service. I told her to then put up a sign indicating which side to get refills. I’m not asking any special favors but you I get the rules clarified. I really don’t have time to play games. Nor should any one else have the time….it’s pretty simple delivery of services where she made...

This was ONE notch below the okayest China-Made-Tex-Mex Tacos I've ever regrettably encountered. Admittedly, the service from all the employees at this location was above Par. Has Del-Taco knock-off vibes. The restaurant is also in disbelief they're still in business with their Moto being "Still Going & Growing". The only vegetables available here have name tags on their upper left breast pocket.

This is a perfect place to bring a friend, In-laws or even co-workers you aren't to fond of , like or wish to get revenge on! Perfect for completely emptying anyone's stomach over most over the counter expensive laxatives.
