Update (Last one, I promise!)12/28/24: My absolute new favorite place, CLEARLY! I got the chance to really meet Anna, my previous waitress, who actually remembered us from our first visit. An absolute sweetheart, full of energy, and displayed a beautiful smile. Thanks Jasmine & Lizbeth for being an absolute delight as always! Definitely love my burger, AGAIN!

Update 12/21/24: I returned the next night, and it was nothing short of spectacular! Lizbeth and Jasmine delivered exceptional customer service, and my burger was truly amazing! I went back again the following day, and Lizbeth, Jasmine, and Mya provided top-notch service with warm smiles!

12/19/24: The food was decent; however, the service was mediocre. This was not indicative of a customer-centric approach. Although it was not a busy night, the waitress was inattentive, and the bar was slow in providing drinks. Another waitress was seen rolling her eyes regarding a concern from a customer…Nevertheless, exceptional customer service can greatly enhance the overall experience. First impressions are...

Well, the burger, stuffed jalopenos (well half a jalapeño so that's not stuffed) were alright, and onion rings were decent. Now pizza was horrible, skimpy on toppings, Philly Cheesesteak was mediocre and the smallest I've ever seen (especially for the price). We weren't greeted by anyone. Nothing showing whether food had to be ordered inside, at the bar or if there were servers. The owner, stood there and watched my wife walk through the door with hands full of food and didn't even bother to open the door. Cocktails were extremely over priced. Almost American Airlines prices. The band was mediocre, horrible sound set up (not the Cotton Gins Fault). It was nice to sit outside and have a meal but not sure if we will be back which is disappointing because we were excited to see someone bring the Cotton Gin back to life. Had to greet the worker while she just stood there and looked at us. I would normally leave but we stayed. Not a great starting point but we still ordered. Got one of our meals wrong and it was a salad she didn't want any tomatoes but they were on it. Didn't get our sauce that comes with the fried pickles or the fried cheese curds. The chicken was on point though. Crunchy outside and very juicy inside. Owner seemed upset and didn't speak to us. I assume it was a manager sitting next to us on a laptop he didn't speak to us either. I am not sure if we will be back. We were really looking forward to this opening in crandall but it seems they just weren't ready or maybe they need some training in the industry.
