generally Dairy Queen is great. This particular dairy queen has a young women who dis not know she is a sales woman. "What else would you like" I kept ordering. I laughed because anything else is what you n ok really here. When I got to the window. I had a conversation with her. That was 6 months ago. I was a head hunter for Randstad North America I returned to this Dairy Queen tonight. There's a new jalepeno burger, I'll try that. She does not eat jalepenos so was not able to say oh yes try. The ice scoop is being touched with your hands either way so it doesnt make a difference how its being scooped. And for all you people who complain on social media and do not go to the store to tell the truth without mixing your story then nothing will change for you. Take responsibility and know that the people who catch the attitudes with employees are also in the wrong as well as the employees who have attitudes. But you have to keep in mind that when someone is being rude to an employee then it is really hard for them not to be mean back. We are all humans and we all have feelings and emotions so maybe next time think about how many rude people they deal with for 8 whole hours. We are all just trying to make a living and im sure the people who are complaining on here who have a job where you interact with people who are rude sometimes should know exactly how it feels to be the employees at dairu queen. I went through the drive thru and ordered 60 dollars worth of food so i gave a 100 dollars to pay and was told they dont accept 100s with no signs that say cash not accepted. I told her its a large order can they take it ,then the girl asked the other girl and the other girl repeats the same non sense .At that time I have 2 choices i can drive off and 60 dollars worth of food wasted or ask her to ask the manager. She gets mad and ask the manager if they can and ofcourse manager with common sense says yes but then the girl gives me the ugliest looks and shakes her head and then throws around the ice cream i ordered for my kids around.
