Unfortunately, we didn’t receive the “southern hospitality that was previously written about. Came in on a Sunday, only two people sitting inside and a one customer in front of us in line. Ordered TWO drip coffees, yea, I said DRIP coffees. Morgan started one, and then, I am guessing, a friend came to drive up window. I stood there waiting (no other customers came in behind us) and listen to her graduation plans, her college plans, her plans for next weekend, bla bla bla…. The other barista did and said nothing to either of us, while we waited, finally my husband comes back from getting donuts at the shop two doors down. Still no coffee. FINALLY, 10 mins later she asks do you want cream in these? Whaaaaah?! Then she starts the 2nd DRIP coffee. Terrible. I will never come back here. Hire someone who wants a job and has even a small amount of customer service skill. Good Luck Morgan in getting your business degree, I hope your future position will be behind the scenes, because your customer service skills are NOT “great”. I don’t think they teach that in college.

In my opinion there was nothing special at all about the Southern Hospitality. Mediocre at best. I'd much rather pay the same price for SB. I literally only finished it because it was $7+. There were 3 different ladies that assisted in my visit... the first one at the window could have acted like she enjoyed her job a little. Not one of them made me feel like I should give this place a second chance. It was a Monday morning I get it, however, the drive thru at least was not busy at all. The staff goes above and beyond to make you feel welcomed, the coffee is significantly better than all other corporate owned chains I’ve had, and they’re always consistent. I have yet to see another coffee shop have such a vast variety of flavors including sugar- free versions, and they always make sure you like your drink before leaving. Never had a bad drink from them. They try their best to remember all of their regular’s names and orders, and they care about the community and go above and beyond at trying to give back.
