Rapid Robert's Inc — Local services in Crane

I've been going to Crane MO since May to work on a cabin I am building, and on occasion I go to the RR there and use the laundromat. In this 7 month period a large percentage of the washers and dryers are out of service. 60% of the dryers have out of service signs on them. After washing I had to wait almost an hour for the dryers that did work to free up so I could finish my ONE LOAD of towels. The clerk there asked me if I needed something because she got tired of seeing me walk back and forth checking to see if the dryers were free. I told her about the problem but I am sure she just works there and has nothing to do with the issue. Since this has gone on so long, I look at it from several angles. One, it's a terrible reflection on Rapid Roberts, because I live in Springfield and I know you can do better. Two, it's like saying to Crane MO that we really don't care about you or...

I was just getting a pack of back woods and witch are highly overpriced at this location and the lady that cashed me out was very rude aswell as the manager we're making rude comments about how I didn't have the money for the 2 things I was trying to get and the cashier and a consumer were talking about how this generation isn't like the last when it comes to having money... Sent my son in to get me a 24oz coffee and told him to grab some creamers and I would put it together when he brought it back to me. He was charged for the coffee and and for a lg fountain drink in place of the creamer! Almost 4 bucks for a coffee!?! When I asked the mang. About it she said creamer isn't free unless it's put in coffee at the store...what a rip off! No more using RR to fill up our farm rides or...
