Dollar General — Local services in Cresson

First off, I am totally for legal open carry. However, during my stop at this store today, I found it very unsettling the conversation I overheard. Two young employees, both under 21 from what I heard, were discussing how to legally obtain a weapon for canceled carry. I have no issue with their private conversation but they had no issue continuing it in front of customers. When I first entered the store. I walked by them and said excuse me, no response. They were talking guns. When I checked out, the conversation continued. The young man was giving the young girl advice how how to order on line, provided she has not been convicted of a crime, whether in juvie or adult. At no time did they speak to me until I asked if the diet Pepsi I bought was on sale. They did inform me that 2.00 were taken off. I paid and left, no thank you for your business , have a nice day, etc. I do not know who owns this store but I think some employee training would be a great idea. It is not fair to the young people entering the work force to believe this type of behavior is acceptable in the working world. I will...

Worst customer service ever! Never actually open on time!! They claim to open at 8am, doesn’t happen! I have showed up at 10:30am, several other cars as well and they will not be open! No one answers the phones! When you ask later on about the lateness earlier in the day you get met with rudeness and told they don’t know not their business!! This store has some good employees but the store manager is rude she is always talking horrible and cussing about and to her employees. Also when you ask for help she is rude about it like it's a bother. The prices are not correct on the shelf and when you mention it to them you get yelled at and talked to very ugly.
