Leonard Farm Pecan Store — Local services in Cresson

Don't get me wrong, their nuts are good, but mine never got delivered! I spent A LOT OF MONEY and one person got 8 cans of chocolate pecans and one other got 4! That meant over 10 people didn't get gifts for Christmas! I called with my e receipt in hand and asked them to re-send the gifts and they rudely refused. They postage alone was outrageous, but to have sent them ALL to only 2 recipients. Budget spent, holiday past and would take NO responsibility for their error....

Leonard Pecans would get a 10 from me if I could. I bought some paper shell pecans for holiday baking in 2020 and they were gorgeous, beautiful whole pecan halves and so clean. I did not find pieces of pecan shells in my pecans like I do if I purchased from a store. Plus the store bought pecans, at least in my area are pathetic. Dark, bitter and dehydrated and sprinkled with shell debris. I'm out now after the holidays and looking to buy more....

I have been going to the store since it opened and always looked forward to the pecan season. However, a few days ago I purchased 2 pounds of pecans and they were poor quality. I called store to advise them and their only comment was a lady recently purchased them and said they were good. Did not offer to do anything about it. Also the phone number on Google Maps is out of service. Looks like this place needs a little...
