You need to time your visit. Don't go during obvious busy times. CHECK THEIR WEBSITE CALENDAR. There are a lot of private reservations rent the whole place out. so you really need to check the calendar in advance.

This track is low capacity, but the karts and course are excellent. So just, figure out when the low traffic times are and go during those times. I had 0 wait today and plenty of personal instruction. It was super fun. We all just loved the experience.

Some highlights:

· Entry experience iPads to register and choose driver name. Easy to quickly enter well laid out information. Duration approx. 2 minutes. · Introductory video to offer instruction, explain experience, do’s and don’ts. Easy to follow and helped regulate safety and expectation. Explained flag colors used by referees. Duration of video approx. 3 minutes. · Operational attendant to instruct on racing principles and race strategy. Discussed braking/acceleration, managing turns & passing. Also explained how electric motors perform differently from gas powered karts. · Balaclava distributed and warn under helmet eased helmet sanitation concerns while enhancing experience and making for a fun photo op. · Choosing and wearing helmet seemed to legitimize rigor of racing experience and helped build anticipation · Driving experience felt like F1 racing with sharp turns and long straight-aways. The quickness of the electric karts and stability on the course gave the sensation of professional race vehicles. Passing was difficult and demanded strategy (just as with F1 racing). The activity was physically rigorous. · Our race results were projected on an LCD screen afterwards followed by a customized print out of our individual results. (we were assigned numbered karts at the beginning) · Makes you want to do it again.

Capacity/timings

· 12 single-seater karts/race · Track length: ¼ mile · 11 laps · Racing duration approx. 10 minutes · Prep approximately 5 minutes (est. 15...

I was so excited to take my kids to Pole Position Raceway this morning. Upon A rival we were greeted by a lovely young lady name Marissa that check us in. Marissa told us our drive time and we proceed to The STEM program that was going on that day as well. Apparently, There is no way in the back that you can hear your name being called while their 30 people in a room doing games and learning about STEM. We Proceed to the front check in10mins before the Schedule time. I get up there with my children and I see their names on a board I spoke with Jordan which was very abrupt and rude to me when I was explaining to her that my kid's names are on the board and there loading the go-kart. Jordan road her eyes and she said something to a guy with a blue bandana on his head that was wearing glasses. I'm standing there with another lady that got there at the same time that I did. I ask him the guy with the bandana on his head we cannot hear in that back area he looked at me like it's not his problem and I asked him well can the kids do the go-kart still? He said meanly, well I'll try to squeeze them in whenever I get a free spot. Unacceptable Behavior for an employee. He continue to be rude towards me so I took my 3 kids and the lady that was next to me she had enough as well. She went to the counter alongside myself and she asked for a refund. When I asked for my $30 refund Jordan got an attitude again with me. She Blames Marissa for not explaining in detail The rules for the go-kart time. Jordan tells me that things are chaotic there because her employee was 45 minutes late and the guy with the blue bandana and glasses was having a rough day! Please do not take your children there if you want your sanity! That amount of rudeness that they displayed is very concerning. That I had to write a review! Those two employees were displaying unwanted behavior in front of paying customers and children. Jordan the so Call Manager and the employee with the Bandana on his head ruined a perfectly good day...

Good track and carts BUT it’s $26 for each race unless you buy a bunch (we spent over $300) and on the very first race they be rated my girlfriend so bad for hitting the wall. They literally stopped Everyone and two guys walked out There stood over her and berated her for hitting the wall on track she’d never been on with carts that go 45 mph. Yes that literally happened. She was so put off by it that she refused to race anymore, even after spending all that money. Update to response I don’t disagree with most of what you say. The problem is how you handle it most the people that come to this track for the first time have never handled a car like this or attract with this many hairpin curves. I see people that have been on the track over 20 times still hitting the wall, nobody is ignoring the directions. In fact, she made sure I paid very close attention to it like she was my mother. She was the slowest driver out there and she was being as cautious as she could. I saw how you were talking to her with two people standing over her and it was a bit over-the-top. You guys act as if people are INTENTIONALLY trying to ram the other cars and the wall and disregarding all the rules. That’s not what’s . You made a beginner going slower than everyone else so uncomfortable that She didn’t want to get on the track again even after spending $300. I think that’s all people need to hear. Nobody was ignoring the directions, people do the best they can. It’s fast carts and an incredibly challenging track that most people have never experienced. We get the importance of it, but you guys do seem a bit over-the-top in my opinion and that’s my review. Now 2 stars. *She already committed to the second race and felt horrible and went much slower than everyone. She was too concerned about being yelled at over it. I had to race without her and yeah $300 and she didn’t want race anymore that says enough right there. Just letting people know what to expect and maybe not...

Awesome facility, well maintained and super fast carts! Talk about a blast. Came here with some buddies for a 3 pack race set (36 laps total). What an awesome way to spend an hour and change. The carts are screaming fast, the track is well lit and challenging and they provide you a printout after each race so you can go home and give your friends a hard time about you beating them! Also have kid carts for younger, smaller patrons. Clever remote throttling system allows the staff to individually or as a group throttle limit you in case of an adverse event on the track (like someone spun out and sideways). Keeps everybody safe. Can't wait to come back here again soon!
