I've always shopped at O'Reilly's, and have had good service and parts. Today, I had a part that needed to be replaced and when Krystal found out I purchased it there, she pulled it up on my account and said it was under warranty and replaced it. She was knowledgeable, kind and had to juggle several issues for another clerk and a phone customer (I think she was a manager) while I was there but stayed calm and took care of all of it in a timely manner. I was very impressed. These days, employees are under so much pressure to do the work of many and they tend to get frustrated and it shows but not Krystal, she stayed the course.
