I just ported out from Metro, but I need to write a review about this store and one employee in particular. Karishma was nothing short of amazing yesterday for me! I started the process of porting my service out to another carrier, and, unfortunately, this meant that my SIM card was already transferred to the new carrier without me knowing I needed more information to get my number ported too. My phone could not make or receive calls or texts so I had to go up to the store in person to get my transfer pin from them so I could finish the process I had already started. That was no fault of the company or any employee, purely mine for not looking at what all I needed to successfully port out. Karishma was simply an angel and helped me out. She was just as frustrated as I was trying to deal with customer service to help me out, but after about an hour of trying to get everything worked out (and her getting hung up on by customer service), we got it done!! Thank you so much to Karishma for all your help! I highly recommend if you need anything from Metro that you need to go in person for, go see her. She was so sweet and even called to get someone to help another customer who was stuck waiting while we got my issue taken care of. BTW: if you are going to port out, make sure you have your account number and you get your number transfer pin BEFORE you start the process and have your new carrier take over the SIM card. Read moreI went in to get new phones I ported my Boost lines to Metro..The young Hispanic girl that helped me set up my lines to the most expensive lines possible..which wasn't what I wanted ..she set up my pin and security answer on her own sneaky..I was unable to access my own account I went back to the store to retrieve my pin and security answer ..the lady that helped me today was very nice .I didn't say anything I just called service and adjusted my account it was at 130.00 a month now it's only 75.00 with auto pay .Huge difference.. I'm happy with customer service but not happy with the younger hispanic girl that assisted me. Read more@Robyn Reilly I have been a customer to MetroPCS for 7 years now and have never had a problem with their service. I actually live in Crowley and when this store opened up in May of last year I could not have been more relieved. The ladies that work there are so helpful and welcoming. The young lady you mentioned has helped me on several occasions with a positive attitude every time. I have gotten several upgrades with this store. You should have read your contact it states " Upgrades are non refundable under this policy but may be covered by limited manufacturers warranty, if applicable."
